URGENT CONTAMINATION RESPONSE PLAN

  • Our team prepares low-pressure equipment and distributes the necessary cleaning agents according to a customised cleaning schedule.

  • Using low-pressure cold water, the equipment is flushed to remove any surface-level contaminants.

  • Any visible loose soil or debris is manually cleared from equipment surfaces following the initial flush.

  • A low-pressure foam system applies chlorinated alkaline detergent (typically 2% concentration) to ensure all surfaces are treated for maximum cleanliness.

  • High-soil areas are scrubbed thoroughly using food-grade cleaning pads to break down tougher contaminants.

  • All surfaces are rinsed with low-pressure water, removing any remaining detergent and contaminants.

  • Each member performs a thorough self-inspection to ensure the cleaning process is completed correctly. Any issues are immediately resolved.

  • A supervisor conducts a detailed visual inspection of all areas and logs any corrective actions needed to ensure compliance with Sanigiene’s standards.

  • If necessary, further descaling and scrubbing are performed, followed by an additional rinse to eliminate any remaining chemical residues.

  • A final round of sanitising agents is applied to completely neutralise any remaining pathogens, with sanitisers safely breaking down into water.

  • After sanitisation, the facility is restored to its operational state, ensuring all surfaces are safe, clean, and ready for use.
